Used them over and over

I absolutely love Zopa, the flexibility of the loan, the ease of the application process, the friendliness of the staff. I could not recommend them highly enough. I have never had reason to complain, ever. The website where I access my information and loan is easy to use. Finding any information I need is simple, it's not hidden away in a sub-menu of a sub-menu. Whenever I have dealt with staff, they have been pleasantly, friendly and treat me like an intelligent human being, which I am clearly, because I use Zopa for my loans Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
