Escaping the cruel debt trap.

I know first hand, how personally and socially damaging serious debt is. Sheffield Credit Union has helped me to think about managing money. I have slowly managed to claw my way out of this deep dark pit of debt even to the point of actually having some meagre savings! The important part though is that although my saving may seem insignificant, Sheffield Credit Union can employ this wisely in helping others to get back on their feet. This has the wider social benefit of raising the prosperity of the local economy as a whole. By providing a system for alleviating the collective misery of this often neglected region, Sheffield Credit Union allows me to be pround to contribute to lifting the spirits of our great community.
