Life savers!

I love Sheffield credit union I have been with them for 15+ years now and I've never had any problems with them. At times I have hit rock bottom and struggled to provide for my kids but Sheffield credit union are so helpful in times of need. I really can't put into words how grateful I have been for their support. Always a friendly voice and a listening ear when I've needed to call for any reason and very quick to offer a good solution to any financial struggles ❤️ Reviewed on: 1st June 2022

Excellent service

Sheffield credit union has been putting my mind at rest for years! Whenever I have struggled they have always helped me out with helping me save money , Also making it easy to access loans with easy pay back options means my children are never left without. Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

I have been with Sheffield credit union since roughly 2006 I have never in all this time had any problems with credit union. When I struggled when they first went online they did everything they could to help me get in and the problem was solved on the same day. The staff are very helpful and also empathetic towards their customers. I have been in a few struggles through life (financially) I don't know what situation I would be in right now if it wasn't for the help I have received over the years from Sheffield credit union. The loans are easy to apply for and easy to repay. I had my benefits stopped and credit union did everything they could to help me manage repayments without too much stress. I have a list of mental health problems and I can be a bit short tempered. As I said I have been with credit union since 2006/2007? And I can proudly say I have never once been angry towards the staff or the company. Well done to whoever it is that hires the staff. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
