Wow they are certainly not on the customers side

Dream car ordered with PCP agreement, brand new, straight out of the factory the door shuts and bonnet are out of alignment, the car rear quarters and boot have had paint rectification with overspray, rough masking edges. The dealer (Jardine Motors / Lancaster of Cambridge) took the car back to rectify paint issues but made matters worse by buffing through paint in three places and staining an alloy meaning it needs more respraying which was the last straw on a brand new car.
