I would be lost without my Credit Union

I have been with Credit Union for years, as a single parent I struggled sometimes when bills arrived, they helped me pay them, but they also helped me to save for my children’s future, I was never judged or frowned upon by anyone from their staff, they never let me feel embarrassed about borrowing money, and the interest was amazing, a massive difference from my bank, not sure where myself and my children would be today without their help, and these days I manage my own money and I save with them to buy what I need when I need, absolute angels all of them Reviewed on: 3rd June 2026

No messing around, not judgmental and interest rate...

No messing around, not judgmental and interest rate is amazing, especially for people who are struggling and cannot afford to get help anywhere else, these people bend over backwards to make things better for others, phenomenal work. Reviewed on: 10th December 2024

The people who work for CU understand situations their clients are in as some of them have been there themselves, they are very understanding and not judgmental at all about people which is a gift, they have helped me through the years and I really appreciate everything they do for their community, without them, a lot of families would suffer. Getting back on my feet

I was struggling with bills and these amazing people helped me get back on track, I have all my finances under “complete” control, I owe nobody, and to top it off my credit score stands at 548 at the moment which I’m very proud of, thank you so much everyone Reviewed on: 27th June 2020
