Speedy, efficient, courteous service.

I recently applied for an extension to an existing Zopa loan. I required to telephone Zopa for advice on the process and the operative I spoke to could not have been more helpful. I completed the process online and received a speedy decision on the extension with the money being deposited in my bank account within the promised timescale.
