Great service

I have been very impressed with the customer service from Barclaycard. The whole process from applying for the account and being set up with an appropriate credit limit was very simple and the staff were very helpful. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Excellent product with excellent customer service.

I really rate First Direct highly. Their customer service is absolutely first rate. They answer the phone within 2 or 3 rings and the first person you speak to can deal with almost any issue. Their savings account has a very good savings rate currently 6%. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
