App is fantastic, easy day to day banking, natwest always seem to be on the ball with technological advances (apple pay, fingerprint access etc) there are still cumbersome basic issues to be addressed like pending transactions but overall very happy with service Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

There when needed!

Applied for this card especially for travelling abroad, due to automatic anti fraud protection the card was blocked multiple times and due to time difference and lack of access to phone on one particular occasion, only access to internet contacted Halifax via twitter to which they replied within minutes and called the hotel I was staying and unblocked the card (very relived), on top of this the card interest rate was fantastic actually happy to pay interest for the great service provided, I believe not many people would say that. Barriers to paying

Website feels dated, no app available and when paying unlike other credit cards you need to put in your full address and debit card details every single time, almost feels like they are trying to make it hard for you to pay. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
