Easy to deal with

We’ve never had to make a claim but I can say with relief their customer service is excellent & their operators can answer queries without transferring you to several wrong departments as well as emailing/posting correct forms/info punctually - which nowadays makes a welcome surprise! Reviewed on: 1st July 2020
