Disappointing when needed

Insurance cover that claims to be the best and fully comprehensive. When we tried to make a claim despite being covered in the terms and conditions they refused to honour the claim as they had not made a definition of a word and they were now claiming to have a different understanding of the word to that in the oxford dictionary. Overpriced and ultimately when claiming no good. I wouldn’t recommend now I’ve experienced claiming with them. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020
