Review of the Caravan and Motorhome Club, Caravan Cover:

Great service, great people, great club.

I thought a trip organised through the caravan and motorhome club to the Isle of Wight was all over before it started. On route from the Midlands my car broke down. But once I contracted the club they assured me that the ferry would be rebooked (even though my broken down car delayed the trip by 3 hours) and the site was contacted to inform them of my delay. They arranged to stay at the reception for my arrival and greeted me with the same eagerness to serve as you would first thing in the morning and provided a very cheery welcome. A memorable holiday for more than one reason! Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020
