Easy to switch and friendly in branch

I recently switched to TSB. The whole process was very smooth. Since then I have needed to use the branch a few times and have been delighted with the service. I even got a tour on my first visit as a new customer! Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Fast, easy and friendly

I have a loan from Zopa and the process was so easy. I was even able to submit photos of my paper work rather than find somewhere to use a scanner! They really are focused on the customer and making the process work for us. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
