Easy, quick, understandable and flexible

The experience was simple and straightforward. Everything was in plain English and repayment options, even after agreement, remain very flexible. The included benefits are welcome even if we might not take advantage of them. Documentation and web links arrived promptly and all in all we're very happy with the service so far.
