Great customer service

On both occasions we have had to claim on our policy, we had helpful and very prompt attention. We had already had our caravan stolen about 7 years ago, which was sorted out very quickly, however then had a serious crash resulting in our caravan being written off. This was 2 years ago. I cannot praise the attention we received highly enough and we were able to return to touring very quickly, due to the help we received .. I feel confident in your service and would not be comfortable with any other company. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020
