I have been a customer for many years but found what seemed a really good price for renewal and took insurance out with another provider. Unknown to me what a mistake i had made. I had an accident 7 months in to the policy and had nothing but trouble with the new insurer who refused to recover the caravan from the scene of the accident an so i had to recover it at my own expense. I was also due for renewal again an discovered i had lost all of my 20years No claims bonus i had built up with the caravan club as the new provider didnt protect the no claims bonus which is something i would of requested an only taken the cover out on that basis but they refused to agree. I rang the Caravan an motor home club asking to return. The advisor was so helpful an reassured me that i would be covered under their policy if anything happened like this. So i will now remain with the caravan an motor home club indefinitely. The customer service an cover is the best and as a member you save money in the long run with discounts on sites.
