Easy and straightforward

The insurance itself on paper is suitable for what most personal trainers need. Whether it holds up in the event of a claim, is something I don't know because I've never had to claim. There are some communication issues when communicating with the office, especially with referrals - no one seems to have a clear trail of where things are which is frustrating but this doesn't detract from the insurance itself.
