Review of the Newbury Building Society, Mortgages:

Excellent customer service

We are a retired couple who are hoping to buy an additional property and part own it with our daughter to help her get on the property ladder. We found by a search on line that the Newbury Building Society closest met our needs and allowed us to have a mortgage term up until we were 90 years old. I hence contacted the Society HQ who suggested I talk to the Abington branch Mortgage Advisor. Angela was extremely helpful and returned our calls and e mails very promptly. We subsequently have applied for a mortgage and hopefully this will be the start of a long relationship with the Society. Even if we are not successful I would still recommend The Newbury as an excellent Building Society to deal with. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2020
