So far so good.

I have been happy with the customer service provided so far. I have not had to make a claim (thankfullly) so cannot comment on this aspect. My only, slight, concern would be that this cover is not actually an insurance policy. It is a discretionary cover, which means that there is no contractual right to an indemnity under the cover.
