Service completely unacceptable

Service completely unacceptable. I used this company for a new car They cleaned my car and really damaged inside. Made promise to make things right in person, but then ignored me. Made a complaint and as no evidence I didn’t damage car and the promise were verbal will do nothing about it! If you have any problems, even within the last 6 months, the ombudsman can help you and it’s completely free independent service that will put things right for you: complaint.info @ financial-ombudsman.org.uk caroline.wayman @ financial-ombudsman.org.uk Please report company also to FCA, as they will keep log of everything wrong this company is doing: christopher.woolard @ fca.org.uk Finally, make a SRA request. All you have to do it ask. They legally have to provide you will all details on file they have about you.
