Stepchange helped me through one of the hardest time...

Stepchange helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. They were so knowledgeable on what I needed to do next and really. changed the direction my life was heading. There was judgement just strong practical advice and a proper understanding when I thought mine would be the only time they’d heard such a story. They advised how to put a proper plan into place and fully explained the options and what to expect in the future. I’ve stuck with this plan and I’ve been paying my debts off for many years but I’ve never looked back and I know any queries or questions I can get in touch with Stepchange and they’d be there for me. Forever grateful

I rang stepchange thinking there was no practical way forward but as soon as they answered they seemed to know exactly how I was feeling and couldn’t have been more helpful they sorted everything to an affordable re payment plan and as the title says I’ll be forever grateful to them Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
