Helpful, friendly, non judgemental

I've been on my plan for over 10 years now and was recommended by a friend. The whole experience has been great, very helpful and non judgemental with the initial set up of my plan. Even now I know I can just call them if I need any information or help. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021

Friendly, helpful and approachable

When I first contacted Step Change years ago, they were helpful and friendly. This made me feel less alone and not as ashamed for being in debt. It's great knowing I can call anytime and there is someone at the end of the phone who understands. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
