The only solution to debt in my eyes

We were in a really mess with our debts. Step change offered a debt management plan that has been affordable and our creditors froze the interest. They made sure we still had money in a budget for savings and holidays. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

Zero pressure zero judgment

This company is amazing, after the shame of racking up over 20k worth of debt we didn't know where to turn, but after contacting stepchange they contacted all our creditors and have been paying a mangable month payment for 6 years now, and even in the yearly review when I have worked out I can pay more they have always double checked to make sure I'm not short changing myself. No judgment, number 1 debt solutions

I felt ashamed and foolish at the amout of debt we had ran up but from starting the token payments to setting up a budget to pay more off the step change customer service staff has alway been helpful and friendly, can't rate them higher. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
