Very happy customer

I have saved with the Glasgow Credit Union for over 10 years now and have encouraged multiple members of my family and friends to also set up accounts with them (which they since have done). I have always found the GCU staff to be transparent, responsive, approachable and more than helpful, and key thing for me is; I always feel in control of my savings with them whereas I haven’t felt the same way when dealing previously with a bank. All team members I have spoken to are friendly, professional and informative. I never need to wait long to speak to a member of the team over the helpline either - very refreshing in comparison to a bank! A great trustworthy organisation! Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
