Loosing Customer Focus

The focus of Glasgow Credit Union has changed greatly over the years. Customers always seemed to be at the forefront but now it all seems to be more about the brand! Getting more and more like a normal high street bank or building society and forgetting about true Credit Union roots and why it was originally set up. Can often get better deals for loans on the High Street where as before you would have been hard pushed to beat Glasgow Creidt Union. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
