Great financial support

Without Glasgow Credit Union I would never have been able to purchase my first flat due to Bank errors resulting in no credit history for me. I was also only working part-time. I'm now financially secure, with credit history and purchased my dream cottage! Glasgow Credit Union were so helpful with my mortgage and loan applications - such a great asset for everyone but especially those who might be in financially difficult situations. Opportunities for all

I managed to get on the property ladder with Glasgow Credit Union, after discovering that my high street bank had messed up when I opened my account with them about 12 years previous and meant I had no credit history due to their error. This would have made it difficult to get a mortgage through a high street bank. But Glasgow Credit Union were able to help as I was able to afford a mortgage and 11 years on and I'm in such a great position financially and Glasgow Credit Union ... Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

Glasgow Credit Union is the best!

Glasgow Credit Union helped me buy my first home, and I've borrowed from them over the years. The fact that they are community owned is such a bonus and the money goes back to the members and local charities is amazing. Wish I could do all my banking with them! Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
