Saved my mental health

At the time when I found the courage to contact Step Change, I was not sure how I could be helped because things felt so gloomy and I was mentally stressed. Step Change took over and set out what I needed to pay based on my situation. Each time I spoke to a member of the team, they were thoughtful and understanding which helped me come to terms with what I had to do. Each time I spoke to a member of the team, they were thoughtful and understanding. My self-esteem and confidence has resumed over time.
