So friendly and understanding

After coming to the realisation I was not able to service my debt any longer I knew I needed help. This was very scary and worrying and after finally getting up the courage to call I found that the Step Change representative was completely understanding, very calm and helpful and most importantly supportive and reassuring. They made an awful situation seem manageable and helped me through the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
