Excellent customer service.

Staff are always very helpful & knowledgeable they go out of their way to make sure the customer is calm & understands how their system works. I know I was very stressed & anxious when I called them for help. The staff member calmed me down & chatted to me like a friend would. When we were finished I understood what help Step Change could give me . They have done exactly what they said they would do & by the end of August 2020 I will be debt free, just two more payments.
