quick fix in the policy

I insured my car in your company yesterday and i asked the gentleman in the other end of the phone to include the Personal Accident in the policy. But when i received the email, the Personal Accident is not included and I feel sad. but suddenly a guy from your company called me and so I relayed to him my disappointment and he is of great help because he transferred my call to the customer service who in just a short time assured me that Personal Accident is now included in my policy. Although I still have to see it in the amended policy my worry has gone away. Thank you so much. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017
