Cannot praise them highly enough.

Knowing that Stepchange was at the end of the phone with help and advice without judging helped me sort out my life as well as downpay my debts. They acted as a buffer between me and my creditors. There were regular reviews of my income and outgoings which helped to keep me on track. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024

Patience

I suffer from anxiety and depression. This means that I often struggle to explain myself or the problem I need solving. Stepchange never rush me and always listen when I phone. By the time I put the phone down I feel less anxious and more reassured that things are going in the right direction. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022

I Can Always Ask Stepchange For Advice

I am in a DMP with Stepchange. It has helped to take the worry out of being in debt because my creditors know that they are going to be paid every month and if my situation changes Stepchange are there to advise and support me. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
