I was referred to Stepchange by my local CAB, from the very first contact with them I have found them very helpful,non judgemental and so approachable if I run into a shortfall in available funds because of an unexpected expense. They help me to resolve problems. Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Their staff are so knowledgeable about Bought By Many and all its services.They are also very understanding,helpful and supportive during what is a distressing time for any pet owner.It gave me peace of mind that my pets are covered by them. Totally Supportive

I have been with Stepchange for a few years now and I can honestly say that they have been suppotive of me in all the challenges life has thrown at me. They have always been so understanding when there has been a change in my financial situation and they are so easy to talk to. They go out of their way to make you feel that there is nothing to be ashamed of and more importantly ,that they are there to help you. I can honestly say that they found a way out of the dark well I was in and pulled me up inot the light again. Thank you Stepchange for always being there for me.
