An Amazing Company

After continually maxing out, clearing & then again maxing out multiple credit cards & an overdraft & not seeing an end in sight, myself & my partner bit the bullet & sought advice via Stepchange. Was very nervous at first but Stepchange done all the heavy lifting, reviewing my finances to see what I could afford to pay then contacting the creditors. Without this help, I would probably still be in the same situation - making the minimum payments on cards & living in my overdraft. Stepchange have always been helpful & supportive, none more-so than with COVID happening where I was able to freeze my plan for at least 3 months. My plan has now finished & I'm so grateful for companies such as Stepchange!! Would definitely recommend anyone who thinks they're having financial difficult to make the first step of picking up the phone & contacting Stepchange. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

Super Company

The hardest part was having the courage to accept I needed help with debts. After researching Debt Management companies, I decided to give Stepchange a call & was glad I did. From day 1 till the present day, Stepchange have been brilliant, especially through the 'Covid' days. They made the whole process easy & life a little more bearable knowing Customer service, for me, has been top notch - queries have always been answered, changes to the plan has always been accepted with no issues & the Customer Services advisors have always been very helpful. Excellent Service

Brilliant Debt Management company who have always been very helpful & courteous with any queries/enquiries I've had, especially at the beginning of my plan. Customer service has always been top notch, not matter how I have contacted StepChange, whether that be via a telephone call or an email.
