Horrible Bunch

Horrible.. Even though my policy has not began,I have sent many emails for it to be cancelled as I would be changing my car before the end of my current policy (with another company). It is just ruse to say that they reply emails within 24hours and they are available 24/7. Maybe this is a pre-warning prior to starting with them. I am not sure I would be happy with their services.. Having read a lot of reviews,I can only assume that they are not worth the custom. I would keep writing to them and keep you informed. But I can say they are a useless bunch!!!. I am sure they want to prolong so that I get penalised. Horrible service. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
