Life-saver

Stepchange actually saved my life. I was at a stage where I couldn’t cope. I couldn’t even open my letters as I feared what was inside. Thank god I phoned them. They didn’t judge or make me feel a failure. They were patient and understanding. At the end of the call I felt more able to cope and face my situation. I can’t thank them enough.
