Always Excellent & Friendly

I’ve used PSCU for about 3 years now, ever since my car broke down and I needed to get a replacement but was unable to through the banks. They have always been so quick to help when I’ve had queries, I’ve been able to consolidate the loan and add to it when I had an unexpected requirement to move house and the money is sent through the same day. The staff never make you feel bad for your financial situation, are always willing to help or offer guidance in what can be done. And the fact that at the end of my loan I’ve got a savings pot is great! I don’t have to do anything to repay as it is going out of my wages before I see them. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
