Continuing to request documents after documents after documents... Never ending!!

I am currently applying online for a mortage... Request for documents are never ending!! We both work full time and in good jobs... All the usual documents were sent and we get a message telling us they have all the info they require.. Yet... They then come back asking for more!!! Each time we send them what they ask for and the same happens again!!! It's happened 3 times now and if they don't get their ars into gear we will loose this property! Very poor company...
