Overpriced and didn't pay up

When my van suffered storm damage they didn't want to know and discouraged me from even claiming (presumably so they can say 'we pay out x% of claims'). When I got a new van they were considerably more expensive than other insurers so rather than being a benefit to club members I get the impression that insurance premiums subsidize other activities. Whether they are worse than any other insurer I can't say. Reviewed on: 21st July 2020
