Review of the Lloyds Bank, Club Lloyds Current Account:

Worst bank ever

Been with Lloys since the 1980's as Premier club Lloyds member paying £28 monthly fee!!! They services have gotten worse and they do not value loyal customers. They are quick to take your money by offering false benefits with your account. They are also very discriminative especially their Insurance side and do not like to pay out. Their Travel insurance is a joke!!! Beter to get your travel insurance/breakdown service/home insurance etc. Even for a genuine insurance claim, called the helpline and now conveniently they have lost any records even after providing proof of calls. Would not recommend to use this bank or pay any extra for the services they offer as they are quick to fob you off. Would advise anyone thinking of joining Lloyds to think twice, as you will be better off with another bank like Nationwide. I am stressing again, 1 Star is generous considering their awful services,unhelpful and discriminative staff. This is the final straw and will be moving my account elsewhere.
