Review of the Post Office, Travel Insurance:

Very poor service

Terrible customer service. They make it very hard to contact them (especially during the Covid-19 pandemic). I had to cancel my holiday as I have an autoimmune disease and am at higher risk. When I finally managed to get through to a human being, they refused to refund me. I would not recommend the Post Office as a travel insurance provider. They quite obviously value profit ahead of customer service. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2020
