Professional, personal & incredible service!

The insurance consultant I dealt with, Rachel Whatley provided me with service that was unlike any other I’ve ever received from a customer service/sales professional either face to face or over the phone. She was friendly, empathetic and best of all was very informed and knowledgeable about the insurance I was looking for. Her expert knowledge of what different providers had to offer me made me very comfortable I made a very informed, suitable and the correct choice for me on the policy I purchased. Nothing was too much trouble for her as at the time I had my two young children to attend too while on the phone. She was patient, efficient very helpful. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2020
