simple friendly good banking

First Direct take pride in who they are and that is passed on to their customers. Nothing is too much trouble and its very easy to do your day to day banking with them. If there is a downside then its their atrocious rate of interest, but that is the same with most banks these days Reviewed on: 29th December 2015
