Absolutely excellent

Started with By Miles as the pandemic hit and it was clear I wouldn’t be using my car much. The app is excellent for seeing exactly where you have used your miles, the price is very fair and the customer service is outstanding. I have stuck with them now for the last two and a half years and have no intentions of changing. Their daily cap is wonderful for the long journeys and looking at my mileage really helps me make better choices of when I use my car. Great company and brilliant ethos! Easy and convenient

Saving made easy

I’ve never been much of a saver but GCU make it so easy. I get a wage deduction straight into my account so that I don’t ever see that money. If I ever need to get funds quickly (currently for home renovations) then I know I can pay a tiny bit extra to have the money quickly. Or, if I’m prepared then I can get my funds within a few days. The app makes it so simple to see what I have in my account and being able to add children to it too is brilliant! Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

Transparent and easy

I have been with ByMiles for over a year now. I have since recommended three other people who have also joined. The visibility of your charges, the fact you can see your journeys on the app, run diagnostics, and have a daily price/miles cap for long journeys - all unparalleled in the insurance world. Anytime I have had to contact customer services, they have always been quick to respond and very helpful. Absolutely no downsides for me! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
