Shocking Experience for a loyal customer

Shocking experience. Been a loyal customer for 4 years. Increased my excess from £350 to £1100 (266%). Never had a claim, car garaged at night and an average of less that 2000 miles per year. I obtained a new quote from the same insurer, at a lower premium and an excess of £350. Not interested in anything i had to say and offered to cancel my policy Reviewed on: 30th March 2022

Why pay for my car to sit on the drive

I’ve been a customer of By miles for nearly 2 years now. I own a car as it’s a necessity where I live, but do very few miles per year. When I discovered By Miles it was perfect for my needs. I now only pay for the mileage I do. My annual premium has halved and it’s been the perfect solution during lockdown when the car was barely used at all. Their customer service are always quick to respond in a timely and friendly manner and the App is super easy to use and keeps track on my journeys and monthly spend. Highly recommend to give them a try if like me you don’t do a lot of driving each year but need a car. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
