Could not have been better

I was at work when I missed my call regarding my application so they called me back and I had such a heart to heart chat to Steve who was such a laugh and helped me so much with the cover that I needed. Went through some questions and I was passed over to Jessica. Again, amazing service, I genuinely loved talking to these people and have made me feel so secure about my decision. I seriously could not have asked them to do or be anymore. It's the best service I have ever had in my life to be honest. I just wish there were more people like this in the world.
