Review of the Policy Expert, Home insurance:

Can't even get my name right. Hope I don't have to make a claim.

My first communication with this company was an email with someone else's name on, instead of mine. Unfortunately the email was asking for a review. I must say that I am a bit nervous about making a claim if they can't get something simple right. I don't usually give reviews but come on Policy Expert. Check messages before sending them out. Attention to detail obviously isn't their strong point. They will need to do better than this. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020
