Impressive customer service.

Following recommendation by a friend we have used Insurancewith for our holiday insurance twice recently. On both occasions we have found there website to be very user-friendly even for those of us of more senior years. When we have needed to speak to someone the phone has been answered promptly the person we have spoken to is always courteous and helpful. Most recently they responded very promptly to my request for a partial refund of my premium as my holiday had been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
