Refreshingly honest and human insurance company - no really!

These guys are great. I can't recommend them highly enough, in fact I have never come across such an honest and decent company for a very long time. They are true to Yorkshire values and speak to you like you are actually valued. From the first conversation to now, I am actually proud to be a customer, and for a Yorkshire man spending money that's a big statement. I took out 3 pet policies and I had to make a claim in the first month, this company didn't do what I expected and say no, I couldn't have cover, they actually said yes. My dog developed an abscess in his neck that shot up and made breathing hard, but after the £880 operation I was relieved The Insurance Emporium were everything I believed them to be, they paid up on the terms of the insurance and that's made me hope I will be with them for life.
