I went into bank in Whitehaven , Cumbria to deposit £180.00 and because it was busy l used machine but the machine swallowed my money and then displayed faulty sign so l got in the queue and waited for about 40 minutes and when l told the Nat West staff who was serving she did not believe me and was suspicious of me, she went to the back of the machine to see if she could find the money but because she found no money her attitude was that l was lying, this made me feel humiliated in front of other customers as if l was a criminal. she told another member of staff who told her to give me the money and if it was not in the machine then they would deduct it from my account, obviously they did find it in the machine and my ordeal was resolved but l was in the bank about 2 hours and l went home very upset when there was no need for the very bad treatment l had received as a customer. l have not really got a very high opinion of Nat West anymore. My Card was compromised

For years my card was compromised by fraudsters around the world causing myself much stress and anxiety and l had to change my card about eleven times but my card was compromised again and again. I had to move to another bank. I was there one Month and Barclays tried to draw monies from my account without my knowledge unsuccessfully so then they wrote to me saying l owed them money so l contacted the banking ombudsman who stopped them in their tracks. I then moved to another bank that Barclays would not know about. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

I think contact is quite good. recently l was charged ten pounds for going overdrawn but a nice assistant said i would be paid back because l was so upset it was taken because my wages were late. Reviewed on: 26th January 2016
