I renewed my car insurance in May and decided to join Admiral. The process was quick and easy and the monthly cost also very low priced. Last month I bought a new car and had to change my insurance over. I began the process on the Admiral app, but when facing some difficulty I decided to phone them for support, the lady on the phone was very helpful with helping me switch my insurance over. The process was quick and she was very patient with me whilst I found out certain details I needed in order to change my insurance. Furthermore, she insisted that I be charged the cheaper administration fee as I had started the change online, with the administration fee over the phone costing £25, this helped me saved money. All in all, I would definitely recommend Admiral to anyone looking for a cost effective, helping insurance company to insure their car with. 10/10 customer service. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
