An assurance just like others

Even thought the website is not too bad you cannot have your home insurance and car insurance in one place which means you have to call to up to renew them. Then they try to sneak in any cost they can, i.e. I changed my job title to Account manager instead of specialist, same job, same place, but they used it against me to charge me more as account manager apparently have more accident. Maybe it's true however it's true because they use their car for work while I don't... not difference in my driving! OR I changed car for a better and safer one (my old car was ready to end it's life), so they kindly charge me money just because they can and will at every corner they... They also usually try to sneakily make you pay more when you renew, if you don't call them up they will put the price up every so often even though you haven't done any claims. To summaries they aren't better than any other insurance company! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
